DESIGN THEME & CAUSE Providing school uniforms to orphans in South Africa. PREMIUM QUALITY In addition to us providing a school uniform to an orphan with each t-shirt you buy, our shirts are printed on garment washed, super-soft & high-end Alternative Apparel blanks that retail for $25-$40, are limited-editions & individually numbered, and have original designs that are donated from leading artists around the world. CommonThreadz is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. DESIGN INSPIRATION In addition to giving a school uniform to a child in need for each t-shirt sold, this design was inspired by and is raising awareness for: CommonThreadz ARTIST'S STATEMENT "All children should have the opportunity to go to school, a place where they can play, make friends and learn to be an active member of this world. School is the best way to understand many of the issues of life. Children will learn to recognize situations and dangers of everyday life and become able to handle them. This is the main thought that inspired me in designing this t-shirt. I decided to use these cute birds and cats since I think animals are always an amazing metaphor of many human behaviors." |
Size Chart Our designs are printed on eco-friendly Alternative Apparel, featuring unique hemlines, unique stitching details and a perfect "no shrinkage" fit. All products are garment washed, yielding an extremely soft fabric with a vintage feel. The lightweight, fine gauge and sheer fabrications are combined with modern, body-conscious silhouettes.
