What is the process for signing up for the trip? You will need to click the "Sign Up" button above and to the right and then complete and submit the signup form. We will then send you a confirmation email with the trip cost and a link to make your $150 deposit. You are commited to the trip when you make the deposit. In addition we will provide you with a personal fundraising page where friends can sponsor your challenge. You will need to raise 85% of the trip cost within 2 weeks of the trip start date.
Depends on your point of departure, but you can expect a range of $4,000 to $5,000 including airfare. To secure your spot on the trip you will need to make a trip deposit which covers insurance.
Yes! Plus, people that donate will be able to deduct the donation from their taxes (USA donations only).
Do I need to be in good shape? This trip is advanced but anyone who is in moderate to good shape will be able to complete the trek. Be sure to begin traiining at least 45 days before the trip by doing daily hikes and walks.
How do I sign up for the optional rafting extension? We will email you the cost of the rafting extension after you submit your signup form. You can then choose to add this total to the cost of the trip to sign up. You neeed to confirm your desire to attend the extension within 3 weeks of the trip start date.
What is the latest date I can signup? Within 45 days of the trip start date so that you have enough time to raise the funds for the trip.
